organise.football helps football groups organise players, fixtures, availability, substitutes, notifications, bookings, payments, and historical stats.

We may collect account details such as name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, profile image, team memberships, role, and preferences.

We may also store football-related data such as teams, player lists, game selections, availability, substitute requests, attendance, booking details, payment status, post-game notes, and statistics.

If analytics are enabled with your consent, we may collect usage data such as pages visited, device/browser information, approximate location, referral source, and interaction events.

We use data to provide the app, manage teams and games, send relevant notifications, support account access, improve the service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Team leaders can see and manage player and game information for their teams. Team members can see information relevant to their own teams. Super admins can access data to operate and support the service.

We do not sell personal data. We may use service providers such as hosting, authentication, email, analytics, or messaging providers to operate the app.

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain team history, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or object to the use of your personal data. Contact privacy@organise.football to make a request.
