Terms of Service

organise.football is provided to help football groups organise teams, games, availability, substitutes, notifications, bookings, payments, and stats.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for making sure information you add is accurate and appropriate.

Team leaders are responsible for the player information they add, the messages they send, and the way they manage their teams. Only add contact details for people you are allowed to contact about football activities.

Do not use the service for spam, harassment, unlawful activity, scraping, security testing without permission, or anything that could disrupt the site or other users.

organise.football may help track booking and payment status, but it is not currently a payment processor. Pitch bookings, player payments, refunds, and disputes remain the responsibility of the relevant team organiser and players.

The service is provided as-is while it is being developed. We aim to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every notification will be delivered.
